Step 1. Preparation
Complete the Health Questionnaire and Three-Day Food Diary before our first meeting to maximize our time.
Step 2. Initial Consultation (60 minutes)
We’ll discuss your immune health, lifestyle, symptoms and goals to understand your needs.
Step 3. Personalized Plan
You’ll receive a tailored plan with goals, nutrition advice, supplements, lifestyle tips and testing referrals if needed.
Step 4. First Follow-Up (20 mins)
After 4 weeks, we’ll review your progress and adjust the plan as necessary.
THE IMMUNITY SOLUTION
(Premium) £150
All included in the Basic Package plus:
You will receive six weeks of email support, with your FIRST follow-up 2 weeks AFTER your initial consultation.
Step 5. Second Follow-Up (20 mins)
A week after your first follow-up, you will have your second session to review progress, make adjustments and keep you moving forward.
Step 6. Third Follow-Up (20 mins)
Your third session will take place one week after the second follow-up to deepen progress, address new questions and guide next steps.
Step 7. Fourth Follow-Up (20 mins)
Two weeks after your third follow-up, you will have your final session to review progress and finalise your plan.
