When you book a session with me, you will be charged £25 deposit which will be deducted from the total amount after consultation.
Cancellation Policy

- Pre-arranged absences (such as holidays or planned commitments): No charge
- Cancellations made within 48 hours of the session: Deposit is non-refundable
- Missed sessions with no prior notice: Deposit is non-refundable
